Ordering from the Shop
You can order from the shop simply by clicking on the 'add to basket' button that is on every product page. If you would prefer not to order online, you can call me on 01955 606675 to place your order
Paying for your goods
Your shop goods can be paid for online via your debit or credit card. All payment processing is done by Paypal, so I never see your card details. Your card details and personal information is protected with the use of a 128-bit SSL certificate. For more information, you can look at the Privacy and Security pages. If you are a UK customer and would prefer to pay by cheque please phone me with your order and I will send you an invoice.
Postage and packaging costs
Postage and packaging within the UK is included in the price. Worldwide postage and packaging is charged at cost. Please contact me for a quote.
Delivery
Order your item(s) before 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and they will be dispatched the same day. If you order after 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) your item(s) will be posted the next working day
Pet Portrait Gifts
If you have commissioned a Pet Portrait I can produce keyrings, fridge magnets and greetings cards with the image of your own pet. Please contact me if you would like to do this. Please Note: only those who commissioned the portrait can have gifts made from commissioned images on this site
Guarantee, Returns and Damaged goods
