Here at Pet Gift Shop Terms & Conditions is important information about paying, delivery, returns and damaged items. Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before purchasing item(s) from the shop.
Payment
Items need to be paid for at the checkout after adding your items to your basket. All debit and credit card payments are handled by Paypal, which means that I, as a merchant, never see your card details. Your card details and personal information is protected during transit by a 128-bit SSL certificate. For more detailed information please see the Privacy and Security pages. UK customers can pay by personal cheque if you prefer. You will need to email me your order in this case. No items will be dispatched without payment having been received in full
Delivery and Lead Times
If you place your order before 12 noon, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), your item(s) will be dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) your item(s) will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders under the value of £10 will be posted Royal Mail first class post. Orders over £10 will be posted Royal Mail first class recorded deliver, they will need to be signed for on delivery. Postage and Packaging is free on UK orders. Overseas orders will be charged at cost.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from the Pet Gift Shop, please return it to us witihn 14 days for a prompt refund or replacement. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused to the following address:

All postage costs associated with the return of items are to be paid for by the customer
Please retain a proof of posting when returning goods as we are unable to accept liability for items lost in the post. Your money will be refunded within 7 days of the receipt of returned goods.
Damaged items
If an item is received damaged it must be reported, either by telephone or email, within 48 hours of receipt. You will be supplied with a postage paid envelope to return your damaged goods in, and a refund or replacement will be issued upon receipt of the damaged goods
We endeavour to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and fairly stated, but are unable to accept liability for errors or omissions. Liability will not be accepted for damage caused by items supplied by us. Compensation supplied for faulty goods will amount to the value of the items supplied by us only. We cannot accept liability for losses incurred due to items not arriving on time or damaged, though of course we will endeavour at all times to deliver goods in perfect condition and on time.
